Happy New Year
Welcome to 2009! In line with 2008 we are looking to another year where we can reward our investors with some 'solid ground' for their income generating investment capital amongst an otherwise sea of turbulence and volatility in capital markets. We are delighted that our investment products are rewarding our investors (including receiving recent annual Money Magazine awards for both the Pooled Mortgages Option and Cash & Mortgages Option).
Our plan for this year is to communicate with our investors about what they aim to achieve with their investments and using this to leverage our ability to present high quality investment opportunities. We see positive future prospects for our investors with the current and ongoing contraction of funding and withdrawal of unsuccessful operators.
To start the year off on a 'lighter note' we give you this New Year quote from an unknown author:
"People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but really they should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas."
We look forward to fulfilling your investment needs in 2009 and beyond.
Best wishes from all the team at La Trobe Financial.
