One of the broadest product suites available to our broker partners

At La Trobe Financial we are known for our flexibility and service but did you know the extent of the products we offer? Well, here’s a snapshot.

We accept both Residential and Commercial securities (including industrial units). Individuals, Company loans and Trust structures are all acceptable as borrowers; and Refinance for Debt Consolidation and Cash Out or Business purposes are acceptable.

Of course purchases are available for both investment or owner occupation and finance is available for construction projects of up to 4 units. Again both Residential and Commercial securities accepted.

We review all applicants' individual circumstances. So if they have recent or old defaults, limited ABNs or have failed a bank’s credit score, we are happy to assist on both an Express (Lite Doc) or Full Doc basis.

Putting all this product detail in the newsletter would simply be too much, so our Underwriters are available to talk with you directly, or we will arrange for one of our Business Development Managers to visit. But to continue the snapshot:


Full Doc

  • 80% LVR with no Risk Fees
  • Loans up to $1,500,000
  • Flexible credit card treatment
  • Flexible income treatment with the following all considered:
    • Up to 100% overtime
    • Up to 100% bonus
    • Up to 100% commission

Cash Out is available on all Full Doc Loans (Your clients choose what they want to use their equity on, be it personal, business or investment, the choice remains theirs)


Express Lite Doc

  • 75% LVR with no Risk Fees
  • Loans up to $1,000,000
  • No BAS statements required*
  • Defaults (Recent and Old)

*An income declaration from the applicants, and an accountant’s letter will be required.

Cash Out is available on all Express (Lite) Doc loans (Again, your clients choose what they want to use their equity on, be it personal, business or investment, the choice remains theirs).
